dal nostro caro cesarex ho preso la airstar 2;

oggi dopo aver montato il tutto,per ultimo ho collegato il cavo antenna terrestre alla stessa,visto che non ha bisogno di aver installato nulla sulla macchina essendo una ss2 terrestre,ma pur cambiando diverse prese tv non ho segnale nella skeda...con reel non scanna e con femon tutto a 0 come segnali..mettendo i setting dei canali della dvb-t terratec che ho nell'altra vdrbox schermo nero.

io ho preso da cesarex una technotrend s-2300

ha funzionato per qualche giorno poi schermo mero solo audio
o provato con il tester sull'uscita video e a massa ho scritto per imail e fax acesarex ma non om risìcevuto nessuna risposta

a me non risulta poco serio cesarex....compro sempre da lui....non mi rimane che provare su un pc windows....poi gli scrivo...

Io avevo acquistato un prodotto difettoso da cesarex (ricevitore IR USB in bundle con la SS 2.6d) ma mi e' stato prontamente sostituito, la prima volta non mi aveva risposto alla seconda si, a quanto pare la prima mail era andata persa.

Per le sostituzioni, una volta verificato accuratamente che l'oggetto non funzioni, occorre spedirglielo allegando nel pacco il modulo RMA di assistenza che trovi sul suo sito:
